ZK Racing head to Jerez for the FIM Junior GP

The FIM Junior GP Championship is back for Round 5 at the Circuito de Jerez-Angel Nieto in Spain. This 4.42km track, with 8 right turns and 5 left turns, promises exciting action in the Junior GP category.

After nearly 3 months break, teams and riders are ready to compete and aim for victory in Round 5.

Danial Syahmi has been training hard with his team, and he’s focused on getting a podium finish this week. His intense training, including Flat Track Riding, cycling, track sessions on Ohvale bike, and gym workouts with the Junior Talent Team, will boost his performance for this race.

Hakim Danish, who just completed the final round of the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup last week, is bringing strong motivation to Junior GP after his podium finish in Race 1.

Danial Syahmi and Hakim Danish will race in two rounds of the FIM Junior GP World Championship this weekend.

Live race coverage will be available on race day (Sunday) and can be watched on YouTube & Facebook FIM Junior GP.

Danial Syahmi

“This week I arrived early to prepare for Junior GP and to review last year’s race data. In the Paid Practice (Unofficial Practice) session, I will work on improving my skills before the actual race week. My goal is to be in the top 5. This race marks the halfway of the season, and I’m determined to prove what I’m capable of.”

Hakim Danish

“My goal this week is to be at the front group and get good results. I’m well prepared for Junior GP Round 5, bringing the motivation from the final round of the Red Bull Rookies Cup into this week. I’m confident I can achieve great results.”

Zulfahmi Khairuddin

“We’re back at the FIM Junior GP World Championship race held at the Circuito de Jerez-Angel Nieto, Spain, after almost 3 months without racing. I believe we’re still in pursuit of the first podium for both riders, and I have quite a bit of confidence in Hakim Danish, as he will carry the experience and momentum from the final round of the Red Bull Moto GP Rookies Cup last week into the Junior GP race. Jerez is Hakim Danish’s favourite track, and for Danial Syahmi, who recently competed in the MSBK race a few weeks ago, this will certainly help his preparation. Danial Syahmi has also departed early for Spain to undergo intensive training with his teammates, and I am confident in the potential of both riders. Of course, we’re aiming for our first podium, and ZK Racing will be with both riders in Jerez this week.”
