The final round of the 2024 Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup season is about to wrap up. The 7th round will be held at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, a 4.23 km track with 10 right corners and 6 left- corners, promising intense competition as the overall championship is still up for grabs.

Hakim Danish who won the Race2 of the 6th round last week, has made history by becoming the first Malaysian rider to win a race in the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup since it began 17 years ago.

“Hakim Danish is currently 6th overall, and if he can move up to 3rd place, he has a chance to join the Moto3 World Championship next year. However, given the current standings, it will be a challenging task. I hope Hakim Danish can deliver a strong performance and achieve podium finishes in both races. After the final round, we will review and decide the best path for Hakim Danish for next year,” said Zulfahmi Khairuddin, Manager of SIC Racing.
