#11 Diogo Moreira – 11th (1’46.308) – Practice
“It’s been a positive day, I was there. I made a mistake that cost me Q2, but in any case, we worked well. As for tomorrow, the bike is ready and I’m happy with it. The main problem here is the grip, it’s all about the grip. I could improve on the entry, and we are working on different solutions, which is good. We will try to do our maximum tomorrow. Let’s see!”

#5 Johann Zarco – 10th (1’46.298) – Practice
“It’s been a good day. This morning I was surprised because I didn’t expect to be the first rider out on track, I could not wait! From the first laps, immediately, the speed was there and it was really cool, very pleasant. I had a good feeling on the bike and I noticed different things, it’s a positive sign, and it means there are still some key areas we can work on to improve the bike. As for the leg, there’s no pain, but the muscles need some time to adapt to the position. I’m taking care of my recovery after the sessions to feel as good as possible. The pace in the afternoon was faster and more intense, and I thought, ‘Yes, we are back!’ It’s really cool to be in Q2 tomorrow. Let’s see what we can do!”
#11 Diogo Moreira – 7th – Sprint
“Today it was a good one! I enjoyed the Sprint a lot. I like this track, and it’s easy for me to have fun here. I was strong in the braking areas, I was able to always brake hard. I struggled with the rear tyre wear during the last three laps, but I managed to survive and take some points!”
#5 Johann Zarco – 9th – Sprint
“I’m happy! Ninth in qualifying and ninth in the Sprint. Getting a point in the Sprint shows that coming back here was a good idea! I felt good and had the pace, so I tried to do as well as possible. It was a great Sprint. I made a good start, but I was careful under braking for the first corner because of the characteristics of this track. After a few turns, I felt good enough to attack and enjoy it. Then I lost some time trying to catch my rivals while managing the rear tyre, which was demanding over the last few laps. It’s been a positive day, we’ve done a good job, we’ve got good motivation, and I’m really happy.”
#11 Diogo Moreira – 9th – Race
“At the beginning, it was difficult because we knew that the situation would be harder for us with the medium tyre. Then I was able to fight, and it was nice. I made a mistake on the last lap, in the last sector, and in the end, I crossed the line in 9th. We are doing a good job, and it was a consistent weekend. Let’s keep working like that!”

#5 Johann Zarco – 15th – Race
“I came here to do the double Long Lap Penalty and get the feeling on the bike. That was the goal. I took a point yesterday and today, and that’s awesome! I really enjoyed my weekend with the team; I had missed them! One of the most important things is that I got some interesting feelings on the bike and was able to provide consistent and solid feedback to the crew. Sometimes, when you miss some races, you need to catch up in this sense, and it’s not always easy. This time, everything felt quite good, and I was able to get it from the beginning of the weekend. I’m really happy to be back and to have had such a nice weekend!”
