Following an impressive run of performances throughout the first half of the season, Malaysian young rider Hakim Danish will continue competing in the Moto3 World Championship in 2027 after officially confirming his continuation with MSi Racing Team.

The decision reflects the Spanish team’s strong confidence in Hakim Danish’s potential and development as one of the most promising young riders with the ability to progress further on the global MotoGP stage.

For the 2027 season, Hakim Danish will embark on a new chapter alongside a new team-mate, Argentine rider Valentín Perrone.

The decision to retain Hakim Danish further underlines MSi Racing Team’s long-term commitment to developing world-class young talent, while demonstrating their confidence in the 19-year-old’s ability to continue competing at the highest level of the Moto3 World Championship.

Since 2023, ZK Racing has established a strategic partnership with MSi Racing Team through the prestigious FIM JuniorGP programme, as part of its long-term commitment to developing talented Malaysian riders on the international stage, including riders competing in the Moto3 World Championship, such as Syarifuddin Azman.

The partnership provides a structured development pathway for Malaysian riders, enabling them to progress from FIM JuniorGP to the Moto3 and Moto2 World Championships, with the ultimate objective of developing their careers towards the premier MotoGP class.

MSi Racing Team, a former World Championship-winning team, has an established track record of developing young talent who have gone on to secure positions and achieve success in both the Moto3 and Moto2 classes.

Its technical expertise, professional management structure and strong commitment to rider development make MSi Racing Team one of the ideal environments for Hakim Danish to continue his development and pursue further success at world championship level.

Throughout the 2026 season, Hakim Danish has continued to make history, securing his maiden World Championship podium at the Italian Grand Prix in Mugello, before delivering Malaysia’s first Moto3 victory in a decade with a superb performance at the Czech Grand Prix in Brno.
