Moto3 rider Hakim Danish Ramli continued his positive momentum in his debut season in the 2026 Moto3 World Championship after finishing 12th in the Aragon Grand Prix.

Starting the race from 13th on the grid, the AEON Credit-MT Helmets-MSi rider made an aggressive start and successfully gained positions in the early stages of the race to move into the top 10.

Hakim Danish, however, faced intense competition as the race entered its final stages. After trying to maintain his pace and remain in contention with the leading group, he ultimately crossed the finish line in 12th place.

In the 17-lap race at MotorLand Aragón, Hakim Danish recorded a time of 33 minutes 29.762 seconds, finishing 14.284 seconds behind race winner Maximo Quiles of CFMOTO Valres Aspar Team.

The result earned Hakim Danish four championship points, taking his overall tally to 90 points and keeping him in eighth place in the 2026 Moto3 World Championship standings.

In the Rookie of the Year classification, Hakim Danish also remains in third place with 90 points. He is now just seven points behind Veda Pratama, who sits second with 97 points, while Spain’s Brian Uriarte continues to lead the rookie standings with 138 points.

With several rounds of the season still remaining, Hakim Danish and the team will continue working hard to improve performance and take every opportunity to close the gap in the rookie standings.

The 2026 season has so far seen Hakim Danish deliver a consistent performance in his debut campaign on the world stage, including an impressive victory at the Czech Grand Prix in Brno earlier this season.

“Overall, today was quite challenging for me. However, in the early stages of the race, I tried to give my best and ride the bike as well as I could to stay with the leading group.

The riders at the front had better pace than me, so I focused on maintaining my own rhythm and riding style, and tried to stay strong until the end of the race.

I am becoming more comfortable with the bike, but I am not fully there yet. I am still facing some difficulties with the bike set-up and there are areas that I need to improve. The team also did a good job with the set-up for today’s race.

I believe I can perform better in the next race and give my best. I hope the people of Malaysia will continue to keep me in their prayers and support me as I look to do better in the next race.

I will not give up. I will continue to give my best and work hard for the next race.”

Zulfahmi Khairuddin – Team Manager:

“The result in Aragon was not a good one for all of us. I believe Hakim Danish has the potential to achieve much better than this.

There are, however, several areas that we need to improve, particularly in terms of Hakim Danish’s riding, especially when racing on circuits with lower grip levels.

We could see that when he races on circuits where grip levels are not as strong, Danish finds it difficult to adapt to the bike within a short period of time. This made it challenging for him to make progress throughout the race weekend.

So, this was a challenging race for Hakim Danish, but I believe the main area we need to focus on is improving Danish’s riding skills when competing on circuits with lower grip levels.”
