Eazi-Grip supported Team Go Eleven lands at Magny-Cours

The WorldSBK circus lands in France at the end of the summer; the historic Magny-Cours circuit hosts the eighth round of the season! Here, important sports pages have been written in previous editions, with many twists, especially at the Adelaide, a first gear hairpin, a very low speed corner after a rather long straight.

Last year the rain characterized the weekend, with all the sessions held in wet conditions, but for 2021 the weather seems to be much more sunny and mild. The late summer air should guarantee ideal conditions for the races. The circuit is one of the most complete, with 17 total turns, nine to the right, eight to the left for a total length of 4411 meters. Overtaking hotspots are many and spectacular; here the races have always been fun and fought, thanks also to the different possible lines. Chaz Davies has achieved great results on the French track; three wins and three podiums in the premier class demonstrate the excellent feeling with Magny-Cours. The Go Eleven Team, after the unfortunate races in Most and Navarra, aims for redemption, aims to obtain strong results to better face the season finale. Ducati number 7 wants to get back there, to fight for the positions it deserves!

Chaz Davies (Rider):
“Last time here in Magny-Cours it was a successful weekend. Last memory was being on the podium in the wet here last year; the weekend was completely wet and we found a new surface last year. This weekend I expect less rain, so probably we will get a first taste of this surface in dry conditions. It’s a circuit that I enjoy, especially when the sun shine is really fun. Usually the main topic is always the weather on the weekend, but it looks quite stable. Looking forward to hopefully putting together a couple of solid races!”
