#5 Johann Zarco – 10th (1’29.590) – Practice
“The first Friday of the season is always very busy. I’m happy to be in the top 10, that was our main target today. It wasn’t easy to push because the wind kept changing, and with the new tyre it was quite tricky to manage. I’m happy we secured the lap time needed to go straight into Q2. We’re confident we can do a good job tomorrow, we’ll see how it goes!”

#11 Diogo Moreira – 18th (1’30.101) – Practice
“I’m happy, we improved a lot today. On the time attack I made a few mistakes, and that’s why we didn’t improve the lap time. Overall, we’re satisfied; we just need to put together the perfect lap. In the end, it’s my first Friday of the season and there were many things to keep under control. I’m still learning for sure, and I will keep improving. I was able to follow some rivals to learn from them, and that helped me a lot. Let’s keep working like this!”

#5 Johann Zarco – 12th – TissotSprint
“It’s hard to fight and not score points. The start was good; we did a solid job, but then I went wide, lost positions, and from that point, I struggled a bit in different areas. I was able to maintain consistency and had a good pace, but I lost time when fighting with riders and trying to overtake. I tried to handle the situation. We are working hard in some areas to improve things for tomorrow’s race. Even though we didn’t score points today, the bigger picture looks better, and we’re getting closer. We just need to keep working.”

#11 Diogo Moreira – 13th – TissotSprint
“I’m satisfied; I enjoyed the Sprint and learned throughout all the laps. I’d say overall, it was a positive experience. Everyone is so fast, and it’s difficult to grasp the speed. Everyone was pushing, and at the beginning, I was tense until I gained confidence. We managed well overall, and we’ll see tomorrow!”

#5 Johann Zarco – 11th – Race ThaiGP
“I’m happy to finish the race and take some points, it’s a good way to start the championship. We still have many races to go, but starting the season with this level of control is positive. I tried to manage the situation from the beginning and did my best considering the huge tyre drop. I managed to bring it to a close because if I had pushed harder, I probably wouldn’t have finished. I believe in the work we’re doing, the bike is performing well, we have a good base, and we just need to adjust a few small things.”

#11 Diogo Moreira – 13th – Race ThaiGP
“It was a good race, I’m super happy. I fought with Enea, and it was fun. The tyre dropped off quite a lot, so I struggled a bit, but overall it was really good. At some point I was alone pushing, because after 12 laps, the tyre degradation was significant, but it was still a positive race for me. We’ve started the season with high motivation, and this is a learning process. I can’t wait to do more races, I’ve had so much fun this weekend!”
