Tarran Mackenzie on his Phillip Island WorldSBK P4

The #95 continued the upward trajectory he showed in the closing rounds last season, landing his career best MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship result in the round’s closing race.

Fighting spirit, comebacks, team spirit – spectacular 2026 WorldSBK season opener for BMW in Australia.

Both Petrucci and Oliveira impressed with strong race pace and secured valuable early championship points with solid finishes near the front of the field. After a positive Saturday, they stepped it up further on Sunday when Petrucci and Oliveira concluded the race weekend with sixth and seventh places respectively in the second main race.

Garrett Gerloff equals his best result in his 200th WorldSBK race

While Garrett Gerloff finished P6 in his 200th race, it was a difficult weekend for the new look WorldSSP team with Jeremy Alcoba and Dominique Aegerter. Points were still taken home and the Kawasaki WorldSBK team will be back out at the end of March.
