Final pre-season test tees up WorldSSP round one for Kawasaki WorldSBK Team

Kawasaki WorldSSP Team Jeremy Alcoba and Dominique Aegerter will soon race for championship points on their Ninja ZX-6R 636 machines, after completing a two-day test at the classic Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, in Australia.

Garrett Gerloff and his Kawasaki WorldSBK Team enjoyed two days of dry track conditions at the official pre-season DWO test at Phillip Island in Australia. On the 2026-spec Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR, Garrett was eventually tenth fastest after four long track sessions spent riding alongside almost all of his 2026 rivals.

Bulega finishes P1 as he proves unbeatable at the Phillip Island test

Nicolo Bulega will head into this weekend’s Australian Round as the favourite after topping all four practice sessions across the two days at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit. The #11 was the only rider to lap in the 1’28s bracket on Tuesday as he set a 1’28.630s to claim top spot.

Fifth place in the morning session, improved with an incredible third-place after the checkered flag in FP4. Moto4 Asia Cup Test concludes on a positive note

Qabil Irfan demonstrated consistent performance and strong determination throughout the test sessions, finishing second overall. Qayyim Razin showed steady improvement from one session to another and concluded the test in 11th place overall. Meanwhile, Naqib Rifqi maintained a stable pace across the two days of testing, securing sixth place overall.

Baldassarri said about his upcoming season: "The bike is amazing, I can't wait to try it in dry conditions at Phillip Island, because besides being beautiful, I also think it's the best package there is right now."
