Tim Neave to race in 2022 BSB Superstock class for Edwards 1902 Yamaha

Flat-track ace turned circuit star Tim Neave will ride a Raceways Motorcycles-prepared R1 for the Edwards 1902 Yamaha team in the 2022 Pirelli National Superstock championship.

Josh Brookes was back on track ahead of this week’s Bennetts British Superbike Championship R&G Official Test as the double champion completed a two day test at Bishopscourt circuit with the MCE Ducati team.

Ukranian racer Ilya Mikhalchik will stand in for injured Michael Van Der Mark for BMW WorldSBK tests

In Michael's place comes Mikhalchik, a former WorldSSP racer and three-time IDM Superbike Champion for BMW in Germany, who will take over from van der Mark at the upcoming tests alongside Scott Redding in Barcelona and Aragon.

Queensland Raceway hosted the second round of the Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) where West-Australian Bryan Staring recovered from a crash to secure 16-2 race results to sit second in the championship with a 16-point deficit on the DesmoSport Ducati Panigale V4 R superbike.

Bautista and Gerloff fight for the top spot, while our supported teams impress at Misano

The two-day MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship test came to a conclusion at the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli” with Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) once again topping the timesheets although he was only a tenth clear of nearest rival Garrett Gerloff (GRT Yamaha WorldSBK Team) as the pair looked to pip the other to top spot.

Eazi-Grip supported Puccetti Racing shine at the World SBK Misano Test

Manuel Puccetti's team carried out two days of testing at the Misano World Circuit with the Superbike rider Lucas Mahias and the two Supersport riders Can Oncu and Yari Montella. At the end of the two days in Romagna, the balance can undoubtedly be considered positive, with the riders who worked with their respective teams to adapt to their bikes, setting times of absolute importance.

Eazi-Grip supported Philipp Oettl continued to surprise at the World SBK Misano Test

Philipp Oettl, with the Team Go Eleven Ducati V4-RS, surprised by the speed of adjustment to the main category, always remaining calm and focused on the work schedule. In these two days the team had several technical tests, and also during the second day there was no lack of news.

Western Australia-based Bryan Staring is set to hit the ground running in this weekend's second round of the Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) at Queensland Raceway. With just 6 corners around the 3.1km circuit known as the paperclip due to it's simplistic layout, the track demands the ultimate level of concentration and perfection from both the rider and the motorcycle for a strong result in the two 16-lap races.

World SBK Test – Day one in Misano

Day one of the two-day test at the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli” came to a close with Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) at the top of the timesheets for the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship field.

Just a couple of days after the presentation of the new 2022 Go Eleven livery, the Piedmontese team, with the young rider Philipp Oettl, takes to the track for a two-day test on the Misano track. Here, the Superbike will return in June with the only Italian round on the calendar, making these two days of free practice even more interesting.

It’s a mixed start to the 2022 MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship for the BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team, with Dutchman Michael van der Mark out with a fractured leg following a mountain bike accident. However, on the positive side, they’ll be debuting their new 2022 engine across the two days at Misano, whilst also unveiling a new fuel tank, to help Scott Redding with his positioning on the bike.
